The drunks got creative one St. Patrick's Day when they invented The Green Beer. If your looking to go the green route this holiday, simply add green food coloring (or blue and yellow for that perfect shade of green) to a light colored beer. I've had the Bud Light version, trust me it takes nothing away from the taste.
This season however, many are opting for the true green beer: the ones that are eco-friendly in the making. The Brooklyn Brewery in New York is among those that are making the choice to use wind power as an energy provider to brew the gallons of beer is sells annually.
To all the drinkers out there: there's no reason not to go green this season.
